A fully renovated luxurious apartment in Nea Skioni, located in a quiet place, 200m from beach and 150m from restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Consists of 1 bedroom with queen size bed with his own AC, a bathroom ,a fully equipped kitchen with all electric appliances and cooking utensils, and a cosy living room with a sofa that turns to a queen size sofa bed, AC and satellite TV with Netflix. The apartment also have a private outdoor yard with dining table, BBQ and a outdoor furniture set.

Lovely Sea House

Το σπίτι είναι ισόγειο και βρίσκεται 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ στο λιμάνι. Υπάρχουν σε απόσταση αναπνοής μαγαζιά ( ιχθυοπωλείο, κρεοπωλείο, κομμωτήριο, φούρνος κτλ), όμως είναι ήσυχα. Μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν 7 άτομα και 2 βρέφη.Το διαμέρισμα περιλαμβάνει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο ( με το διπλό κρεβάτι) , ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια και τη σαλοκουζίνα στην οποία μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν 3 άτομα, δύο ενήλικες στον μεγάλο καναπέ και 1 άτομο στον άλλο, απέναντι από το τραπέζι της κουζίνας. Κήποι κοινοί.

It is the sea ,the beach and the house!!The visitors can enjoy the amazing sea view day and night!! Ιt is spacious (almost 110m²) house. It consists : the 1st and 2nd floor. It is sunny,airy,comfortable and include all the basic equipment for nice vacations! It is in front of the sea in a nice place ,suitable for family vacations!!.
