Wendels Acre with panoramic views

Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

Beaconview

We have a completely separate unit below for our guests with its own entrance . Our flexible bedding arrangements means we can accommodate a number of combinations. The super king in the bedroom can be used or two single beds if preferred. The fold away made up queen bed in the main area allows more space during the day. We are open to meeting the bed requirements you may wish to have 2 single beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. What a wonderful view you will have when you wake up.

Kaiteriteri Seachange, Garden Apartment

What makes Seachange stand out from other Kaiteriteri listings? We have 2 Queen Bedrooms both with en-suites, (a third Super King bedroom is available and can be used for an additional cost), breakfast/living area and large outdoor living space for you to use. You can cook your evening meal on the bbq and side burner under the deck. We are only 3 mins walk to the beach, cafes, kayaks and water taxis in the heart of Kaiteriteri. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. 10 minute walk to both central Nelson City and the hospital; this private, self-contained studio apartment with a king bed upstairs and couch downstairs that folds out to a double with bathroom and kitchenette has a gorgeous outlook. The unit is separate with own private entrance up a path attached to the side of our quiet home. The path is steep - hence the lovely outlook, but it may not suit people with mobility issues.

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

The apartment is really comfortable. It is private with it's own separate entrance and parking. Garden and deck space are also quiet and private. The apartment and garden have wide views over Tasman Bay, Tahunanui Beach and the mountains. It is a 5 minute drive to Tahunanui Beach, Tahunanui cafes & restaurants, golf course and airport, and 10 minutes from Nelson city.
