A whole house with large private garden, wonderful sea views with north facing sunny aspect. A great modern kitchen for cooking. A quiet street and an easy walk to the city centre. No air conditioning but a summer sea breeze keeps the house a moderate temperature. The house accommodates 4 adults comfortably. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two King single beds. For families an extra divan bed in the study means we can accommodate 3 children. A modern bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The washing machine also located in the bathroom with outdoor line for drying or a drying rack. Off street parking with easy access to the house.
