Cosy studio flat with outdoor space

Cosy studio apartment (22m2) with big smart TV :) good for short stays. One of the best areas of Athens; safe and quiet, with all services, shops, restaurants, parks, etc.. Beside major bus lines and 5-10 minutes from two metro stations for direct access to the centre, port, and airport (line 3). 24 hour shops and gym a couple blocks away. The outdoor space is shared with the apartment next door. Greece has a "Climate Resilience Tax" we now have to charge (stays over 60 days are exempt).
