The modernly furnished apartment (built in 2014) is located in a prime city center location, is approx. 45 sqm in size, and is luxuriously equipped. The train station is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 150 m) and is easily reachable on foot. The main public transport stops are located directly in front of the building. In the neighborhood (<200m), there are parking garages with >800 parking spaces. University, clinics, and sciencepark can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit 66m² mitten in Neu-Ulm an der Donau zu vermieten. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und kann von 4 Personen bewohnt werden. Dazu haben Sie auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Induktion, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine (Tassimo) und Geschirr. Neben dem Boxspringbett (2m x 1,80m) im Schlafbereich, können die zwei Sofas im Wohnzimmer jeweils zu einem 2m x 1m Bett mit Lattenrost ausgezogen werden. Die Terrasse ist für alle Gäste frei zugänglich!

Bitte WICHTIGE HINWEISE ZUR KÜCHENZEILE (unter: weitere relevante Angaben lesen!) Unser Gästezimmer befindet sich im zweiten OG unseres Landhauses am Ende einer Sackgasse. Nach einem Ausflug auf der Schwäbischen Alb könnt ihr hier Entschleunigen und das Albpanorama vom Balkon aus genießen. Unser Gästezimmer kann von zwei Erwachsenen und bis zu zwei kleineren Kindern (bis 12 Jahre) genutzt werden. Auf Anfrage stellen wir kostenfrei ein Klappbett und ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung

In unserem hochwertigen und stilvollen Baumhaus, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist, finden Sie einen zauberhaften Rückzugsort für Ruhe und Entspannung. Vom Hochbett aus können Sie den Sternenhimmel und die Waldtiere beobachten. Ein besonderes Erlebnis sind dabei auch unsere eigenen Milchziegen.
