We are offering a upstairs guest suite in our home in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. We live in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Kentville ,New Minas ,Wolville. We have a pool and deck with a BBQ in season that we will share. We are close to popular hiking / snowshoeing trails ,wineries and shopping. A modern designed, newly built apartment in a fantastic location that is a few minutes walk to everything in Wolfville. The 1 bedroom apartment consists of a queen size bed, a full kitchen and bath, seating for 4 in the living area, a dining table, bar seating, and a small outdoor patio space. The apartment is fully detached from our house and above the garage. There is a smart TV and WiFi as well as Air Conditioning and on site parking for one vehicle. This is a pet and smoke free apartment.
