BlankSlate Bus#7 is a 1999 BlueBird that we here at BlankSlate have turned into a relaxing woodland escape. The indoor hammock, tile shower and all the lounging areas, make this the perfect spot to unplug relax and recharge. Indoor tile shower/bathroom, indoor kitchen are the perfect upgrades that make roughing it in this Skoolie even more magical. Delightful 1 bedroom camper/RV w/fire pit

3 minutes away from Olde Mill golf. Country setting. You may hear coyotes howling, cows bellowing, hawks screaming, etc. Its very dark at night. Walkway lights are outside. Watching the stars is great! You may see a fly or lady bug in the camper! I do have an exterminator treat for insects, however, due to it being a camper, they do sometimes find a way in. The toilet is conventional tank flushed. Stove top is propane. Oven is currently unavailable. I have a counter top unit available.

In the Blue Ridge Mountains, a place where you can enjoy a beautiful comfortable camper where the doors open right onto a gorgeous deck that looks directly onto the New River. Hurricane Helene replaced grass for sand. You will be able to swim, fish, kayak, and go boating right off of our property, start a fire at night or just swing on the deck. We are a 5 minute drive from the New River Trail State Park, where you can hike, bike or walk along the river!
