Inspired by Chip & Jo, this is an updated camp house, filled with antiques and farmhouse decor reclaimed from the property and surrounding areas. Perfect place for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of Houston or Austin, and a great base camp to hit up Round Top weekends and/or all that Austin County has to offer. And in the springtime, come stay amongst the bluebonnets. They cannot be beat!

KO Guest Haus-Close to The Vine & Round Top

The KO Guest Haus is a lovely two bedroom, one bath country home located in the countryside of Frelsburg, Texas, about 10 minutes from The Vine wedding venue and 20 minutes from the Warrenton/Round Top area--antique mecca! The home is located on acreage out in the country, so there is plenty of room for trucks, trailers, etc., for antique shoppers. It’s a quiet and peaceful setting and a great place to unwind after a busy day of shopping or whatever brings you to this area.

Dos Arbolitos Cottage

Relax and recharge at this unique and tranquil getaway. This well appointed cottage is tucked away on our park-like ranch in beautiful New Ulm Texas. Enjoy the star filled sky at night, or watch birds, deer, and grazing horses by day. A wall of windows overlooks the garden and orchard. Hike our well manicured trails throughout the wooded property. Bring your rod and reel and throw a line into the stocked pond from the fishing pier. Or sit at the fire pit at the water's edge.

Holland House

Holland House, a building filled with character and charm built in 1877; one of only a few that survived the hurricane of the 1900's. The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". Located on the square, a private brick paved courtyard has large oak trees to unwind or simply enjoy the quiet that our small town has to offer. Shops and dining are within walking distance. Rock the Country is just 1.4 miles and a short drive.

Molly Cabin, sleeps four with two bedrooms and one bath, walk-in shower, full kitchen with oven, full size refrigerator w/ice maker, farm sink, disposal and coffee pot. Front and back porches, plus private outdoor shower for enjoying under the stars. Parking area next to cabins. Our cabins are located on 17 acres with Longhorns that live on the property .Only 3 1/2 miles to lively Round Top!

1916 Farmhouse at Mill's Creek

Relax and unwind at the 1916 Farmhouse on Mill's Creek. Enjoy the view of the 13 acres of the Sealy countryside. Mill's Creek runs along side of the Farmhouse. Bring your fishin pole. The Farmhouse is located halfway between Sealy and Bellville. These cute little towns have some yummy mom n pop restaurants and unique shops to explore for antiques.

Fawn Creek

Perfect escape! Custom built cabin nestled in the woods. Tranquility awaits you among the beautiful trees, wildlife and star gazing. Although we do live on the 20 acre property, the cabin is secluded and the surrounding grounds and pond is completely fenced. No pets please. NO CLEANING FEE!
