Located in a rural area near beautiful beaches & Plum Island Refuge. Beaches are anywhere from a ten to a 25-minute drive. 2 bedrooms & bath are on the second floor & require walking upstairs. For 2 guests, we reserve 1 bedroom. 2 guests requiring separate bedrooms, an additional charge & a special offer will be sent to you. Newburyport is about 15 min. scenic drive away with restaurants, shops, boardwalk, & harbor. MA & city taxes are required. Payment of taxes will be paid upon arrival.

Sweet stay by the ocean w breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot. Pickle ball is a 10 minute walk. Kitchen is not available for guest cooking. Ready cooked meals are fine.

Two bedrooms, full bathroom, and breakfast room

We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. You will have complete privacy in your quarters, but we will be close at hand should you need advice or service. Gretje and Bob

Make your way to this lovely two-bedroom, one-bathroom suite with a brand-new kitchenette on the first floor of a lovely home just steps from North Beach. A peaceful setting ideal for families or couples. Bandstand, entertainment, and the Boardwalk are all within a 20-minute walk. Enjoy a morning walk, a day trip on bike or foot along the NH Rail Trails less than a mile from the property. There are beach towels and beach bikes available. Children's puzzles and toys are available.

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Private entrance with patio. Two night weekends. A nicely appointed suite with a luxury queen bed. 1/2 mile walk to Perkins Cove and 1 mile to Ogunquit Center and Maine's # 1 beach, where you can savor the outstanding restaurants and gift shops. Walk to scenic Perkins Cove and Marginal Way for breathtaking views of the Atlantic. New England's most treasured scenic coastal walk.

"Casita" on the Water - Harbor View

At Constitution Marina's Bed & Breakfast Afloat you can enjoy the ambiance, the comfort, the romance of staying ON THE WATER with all the amenities of a modern hotel, at rates as low as you'll find anywhere in Boston! For boats with 2 staterooms, there is an additional fee of $100.00 plus tax/night if the 2nd room is rented. The 2nd room is booked directly through the host.

Captain R02 - Queen bed & Private bath

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 2 is on the 1st floor with a queen bed and a private bathroom. A/C, TV, basic cable, WIFI, refrigerator. We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our simple cold continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.
