My home is conveniently located, with easy access to hottest arts & entertainment districts in the Queen City. Walking distance to grocery and CVS. I’m a 2 mile drive (~6 min.) down Central Ave. to the center of Plaza Midwood, a 4 mile drive (~12 min.) using Independence Blvd. to the center of Uptown (with similarly convenient access to South End), & a 3 mile drive (~10 min) to NoDa. Clean home, with two very sweet and affectionate dogs (see pics), Calliope (8 y/o) & Ferdinand (6 y/o).

Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.

My house is located on a nice quiet street close to lake Wylie. There are a lot of natural trees that provide a sense of nature and tranquility. The neighborhood is set up on one-acre lots designed with privacy, lots of open space and fresh air. Outside there is a large open deck in the back and carport parking is available. Recently renovated, my house is warm and welcoming. The bedroom I have listed is the spacious bedroom with private bathroom.
