Inside, you'll find a fully finished basement with two rec rooms with a dry bar and a small pool table. It has an ocean-facing patio, with a gazebo, BBQ, and patio set, great to take in the breathtaking views.

Well-equipped kitchen, living room, large decks with a barbecue and lounge furniture. It has all amenities, including cable, internet, and an eclectic collection of books. It is suitable for a single person looking for tranquility, or a couple looking for a getaway. It is not suitable for children. Available long/short term.

We are only a 7 minute drive from the airport with a grocery/convenience store within walking distance of the property.

Ideal for couples and/or families being in walking distance from the Champney’s West Aquarium. Our front deck overlooks the ocean and is breathtaking - the perfect place to sit and enjoy a beverage!
