Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Wood Cottage Annex is a modern, light and airy first floor flat in a peaceful countryside setting. The accomodation consists of a king size bed and optional pull out single sofa bed in the living area. Kitchen with quartz worktops, hot water tap and oven/hob, Nespresso machine, toaster, fridge etc. Modern bathroom with shower. Netflix and Alexa. Please note access is from an exterior wooden staircase. Easy, accessible location only a stones throw from Silverstone and Bicester Village.

The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

The Hat's Hut is a unique wooden hut set in a beautiful location on a working farm and looks out onto a paddock with horses and other wildlife, it has a 4ft5 by 5ft8 bed with a wall at each end. Blacksmiths cottage is a three bedroom converted barn set in a courtyard of converted stone cottages. The farm is very peaceful and is in the middle of the Buckinghamshire countryside. Close proximity to HS2 & Silverstone circuit. The wifi is good throughout and there are two en-suite bathrooms as well as a main bathroom. Blacksmith's has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area ideal for family evenings. There is a large communal garden area shared by all cottages.

It is a spacious modern apartment, equipped with all the essentials for either a relaxing stay, a bolt hole for exploring the countryside or a place to stay for work. We are just over 5 miles away from Silverstone circuit, 5 min drive into Buckingham town center, 15 mins from Bicester Village, 30 mins from both Milton Keynes & Oxford and an hour from London by train.

Little Beech, Evenley

Lovingly renovated, Little Beech is a detached property, offering accommodation for up to 4 guests. Located in the beautiful village of Evenley, walking distance from an excellent pub as well as a village coffee shop. Little Beech is well located to explore Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Silverstone, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace and Stowe National Trust are all nearby. There are also lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.

This self-contained accommodation comprises of a double bed with an en-suite shower room. Fabulous views of the countryside and a decking area where you can sit and enjoy the setting sun in a tranquil environment. Hopcrafts Farm is a working farm. We have 5 very friendly spaniels, 4 cats, and at the moment about 50 sheep with different stock and crops across the seasons.
