Welcome to our charming home-we've taken all that's lovable from this 1920's English house & given it an upgrade. The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. We think you'll love staying here as much as we do especially if you're looking for a place with a home feeling rather than a holiday let. Location is also central for exploring the island, providing a great base for your holiday.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Ground floor is lovely room with underfloor heating,fully equipped kitchen, sofa, dining table and chairs, piano and wall mounted tv. Upstairs is a beautiful king size bedroom that can be split to single beds if required and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. We are a short walk(10-15mins)from passenger ferry, hovercraft and beach and town centre which has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.
