This house is located right in the middle of Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. You can enjoy all the seafood Calabash has to offer and even WALK to the Silver Coast Winery. The Cottage

The Cottage has two entrances. The main entrance opens into the kitchen. The beach entrance opens into the bathroom to wash off your sandy toes. Sunbath in the fully fenced in courtyard with two outdoor soaking tubs and shower. Enjoy your evenings on the screened in porch. Located one mile from the beach!

The Alma House

The Alma House is a lovely 4br/3ba Beachfront cottage that was home to the founders of OIB, Odell and Virginia "Alma" Williamson. Fully Renovated and situated on a 75ft Oceanfront lot, this house is perfect for a tranquil and low maintenance family getaway. Amenities include a spacious fenced in yard, private beach access, outdoor patio and covered gazebo. Boasts ample parking and open entertainment areas as well. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.
