The building had a major facelift and looks new! The couch pulls out for more sleep space, perfect for kids. A well-stocked kitchen allows you to stay in if you like, with board games, a wood burning fireplace, and movies when you’re finished outside. This little space has all you need for a relaxing ocean getaway!

This furnished condo is available for you and your family to create new memories to last a lifetime. This is a 2 story unit with stairs. DO NOT book this unit if you cannot do stairs. Save us both from the trouble of cancellations. The unit sits in a quiet area where you will hear the ocean waves and birds singing. You are close to activities, shops and dining. No pets. No exception. 1 car is for free parking. Additionally parking must be elsewhere. Owner not responsible for towing.

Enjoy an unobstructed view of both sunrise and sunset in this stylish and comfortable 1 bedroom apt. We allow pets, and don't charge a pet fee, because we expect no pet damage. There are 7 apts in this building, but no shared space. The only common area is the hallway leading to the apt, but you'll rarely see anyone here as half of the tenants are airbnb! Laundry room can be available by request, housekeeping primarily uses the laundry room 10am-4pm daily.
