We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. During the summer it can get warm on the coast, we have ceiling fans & portable fans; we do NOT HAVE A/C.
