This treehouse features beautiful year-round mountain views, and can be found elevated off the ground by a single tree. Guests will be entranced by the unique colors and textures featured throughout. This two story treehouse can comfortably sleep four guests with a queen bed in the loft and a futon that unfolds into a full bed on the main level. On the connected entrance platform, there is half bathroom, with access to showers and an additional bathroom at our bathhouse facility.

Unfortunately, host fees are increasing from 3% to 15.5% on 9/15/26 so pricing on this platform will reflect that increase. If you like to fish, this is the perfect spot for you, as you have direct access to the Hiwassee River. Not a fisherman? Grab a book & relax on the private dock or sun porch. LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.
