Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

Relax in two screened in porches and an outside deck with hammock. The home fits 4 comfortably with sleeper sofas in the living room and a large industrial kitchen. Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey cozy granny decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

RENDEZVOUS is a Newly Renovated, 4 bedroom 3 bath home in the heart of Ocracoke’s Sunset Village. The left side of the home features three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath and the two others share a hall bath. A later addition to the right of the main space added a private and spacious suite with a king bed, bath and private living room area.
