Cosy, modern flat in Modrany, Prague 12

My flat is 25 min far by direct tram no. 3 during busy hours to Wenceslas Square. It is located nearby river Vltava, where is nice pathwalk for biking, roller-skating. There is no. 17 tram from my place going all the way by the river, you can get off at many popular places - National Theater, Charles Bridge, Old Town square.ies in this spacious and serene space. My accommodation offers everything from day-to-day life. Bedroom with kings-bed size 200x180cm, Smart TV, completely equipped kitchen.

The interior is fully furnished with double comfy bed as well as fully furnished kitchen, dressing room and bathroom, together creating a pleasant and functional atmosphere. Location is quiet yet strategically advantageous, with access to civic amenities ( cca 5 min. walk ) and parking available directly at the building ensurinng tranquility.
