There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. The guesthouse is a studio barndominium on our 15 acre property, with dedicated parking and private entrance away from our primary house. Surrounded by woods and nature, you'll enjoy peaceful, quiet nights listening to soothing sounds of wildlife. Very private location to enjoy with fenced yard and fire pit. Located halfway between the historic town squares of McDonough and Covington. Close to Jackson Lake. Just 35 miles to Atlanta. Dogs welcome: Under 40lbs. Yard is small, so 1 dog max.

It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, & can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.

This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!
