The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

It's a 200sqft Cabin in the middle of a 20 acre Pasture with views of the Slick Hills and Mt Scott.Minutes from lake Lawtonka and Medicine Park. After an adventure filled day outdoors, relax in our Seek and Snore Cabin. Our grandchildren inspired us to create this "I Spy with my little eye" themed cabin which showcases some of their favorite things seen while exploring the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge which is less than 3 miles away. Nestled at the foothills of the Wichita Mountains, The Lazy Buffalo has 13 individually themed cabins and a bunkhouse. The Seek and Snore Cabin sleeps 4 guests with 2 queen sized beds.

The Cardinal Birdhouse Cottage provides a barrier free entry with an elevated water-view deck. So close to shops and restaurants but restful and convenient with a Nectar mattress, wireless internet, large television, coffee maker, microwave, small fridge and many other amenities. This suite is ADA friendly with an oversized shower and close designated parking. The Cardinal shares a deck with the Bluebird and does NOT have a round window.

The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

Rustic cabin retreat on the Red River. This cabin sits on 245 acres with direct Red River frontage. A two bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Maximum sleeping capacity of 6, but if someone wants to sleep on the couch you can fit 7. Full kitchen with a washer & dryer. Our cabin is fully air conditioned and the kitchen is complete with coffee & condiments.
