The outdoor area includes a chemical-free heated saltwater pool with a hard cover and a large terrace that enjoys sun all day. The house is just 150 m downhill from a pristine blue sea. The location is ideal for guests wishing to escape the city and enjoy a quiet seaside environment.

I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
