49 Water Street. Our 160 year old home is located in the middle of Amish country & decorated with relics of days gone by. You'll find 2 bedrooms upstairs and a futon in 1 of the 2 downstairs living rooms, sleeps 6 comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen, private wifi, towels, linens included. Two porches to relax & watch the Amish buggies going by. Our Dayze Gone Bye Carriage Rides business is next door & available for scenic tour, enjoy our animals or sit by the creek. Welcome to the “Little J Cottage” located just outside of Spruce Creek, Pa. Conveniently located between Altoona and State College minutes from I99. Nestled along the famous Little Juniata river this newly renovated house still holds its older country charm. The cottage has a semi private setting on a large country lot providing scenic views. You can hear the distant whistle of a passing train on the nearby tracks. Some of the finest fishing in Pa is mere steps away being just across the road.

Luxurious modern cabin on 16 acres near Penn State

Welcome to Devils Elbow Cabin, our newly built mountaintop cabin in the woods! The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. Firewood (for the firepit) is included.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Stream Side Getaway in Big Valley

Stream Side Getaway is located in the beautiful Big Valley along Stone Mountain. This house is on the side of a shop on the upper level. We are close to hiking, bike trails, Raystown Lake, Greenwood State park, and the local Wednesday flea market and livestock auction. There is a small tranquil creek as well as a fire pit and sitting area for you to enjoy. S'mores are a must. :) Our goal is a clean, relaxing atmosphere, and we're just across the lawn if you should need anything!

Peaceful Waters Guesthouse Bed & Breakfast

We are located in the beautiful big valley in Amish country. The valley includes tourist stores, produce stands and baked goods, and quilts. We are only 35 minutes from Penn State, Lake Raystown is only 45 minutes, Mifflin Co. airport is 5 min, 3.5 miles from 322. Enjoy relaxing and drinking coffee on the porch while watching the deer and beautiful country scenery. Guests are welcome to give the deer treats. Private outdoor fire pit. Corn hole game is available.

Jackson Mountain Getaway

3 bedroom basement apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). We also border State Game Lands. 55" tv and 250 channels SUV or 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter. Please use Google GPS and check in instructions.

Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, hot water shower and outside grille and fire pit.

Sauna & Cabin (*3 season: winter water turned off)

Our cabin is full of luxury & serenity. Combine the peace and meditative beauty of the forest WITHOUT the roughing it, just a jaunt away from Happy Valley, walking distance to C.B. McCann, 25 minutes to Juniata college. The handcrafted sauna easily accommodates 4 people.
