Part of a 5,100sf estate on nearly 1 acre, you'll be all smiles as you pull into the private, gated driveway of this 1,000 square foot guest house in the heart of Hurricane, UT. Close to shopping, restaurants, and everything outdoors, this home features a fully stocked kitchen, living room, laundry and master bedroom w/king size bed. Lounge by the pool and spa and fire up the BBQ. There is plenty of space to park your bikes and there is a washing station to clean them off after a fun days ride.

A beautiful 1,000 square foot guest cottage (barn structure) built in our backyard. A private entrance with off-street parking for a trailer or 4 cars. We provide 2 complimentary electric scooters upon signed waiver. We are Located 12 miles from the St. George airport. 40 mi to Zion National Park. 2 mi to Red Cliffs temple. 6.4 mi to the Dixie Center. 10.7 mi to Sand Hollow reservoir. 6.5 mi to downtown St. George. 2.5 mi to shopping areas. 15 mi to Snow Canyon State Park. 5.7 to UT University.

Our home is located on Zion Ponderosa Resort property, just 8 miles from the east entrance of Zion National Park. Come enjoy the peaceful serenity of our 3 acre property filled with Ponderosa Pines. Hikes like Observation Point (favorite), Cable mountain and others are just minutes from our home. Our home is perfect for accommodating a family or two out on summer vacation, but cozy enough for a couples weekend.
