It has a living space with 2 couches/2 chairs and another flat screen TV. The kitchen has an electric range stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Both bedroom /living room have heater/ac units. Charcoal/ propane BBQ Grills. 4 chairs and counter for dining

The cabin sits on a corner lot that borders federal land preserve, is surrounded by cedar trees criss-crossed with deer trails, and is flooded with natural sunlight throughout the day. A short drive to Zion, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Grand Staircase-Escalante, and many other destinations!

Mona's Place is a remodeled home on highway 89. It is ideally located close to 3 national parks, one state park, and Lake Powell. The White Mountains seen from the back yard are magnificent. Everything in the home is new except we kept some of "grandma's" things. The home has a country/farm atmosphere. There is a back patio/porch where you can enjoy the sunsets on the White Cliffs, and a back yard with grass. We would love to have you visit Mona's Place.
