Notre petit domaine "Sardaigne au naturel" est située sur la commune de Tresnuraghes (1000 hab), à environ 3 kms de la mer, dans un petit paradis au milieu de vignes, d'oliviers et de fruitiers. A 190 mètres d’altitude, entre mer et montagne, le lieu invite à la méditation et la contemplation … Il permet de profiter de superbe fin de journée et des somptueux couchers de soleil sur la mer. Cette partie de la Sardaigne est restée très authentique et sauvage avec peu de développement touristique.

The house is exceptional. Stunning wide view of the sea, the mountains, the surrounding landscape. Huge garden. Silent area. Parking on the property. Sea is 10 minutes walk distance! A market is 150 meters far; restaurants, pizzerie in the area. The furniture is refined and functional for 6 people: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 with bunk bed). WIFI and linens included. Il mio alloggio è a 5 metri dalla spiaggia , il cancello del giardino si apre direttamente sul mare.Nel giardino c'è una spiaggetta con sdraio e ombrelloni,barbecue,doccia, splendide viste panoramiche.Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie,chi viaggia per lavoro,famiglie(con bambini),grandi gruppi e animali domestici. E' super accessoriata,tutti i comfort,lavastoviglie,microonde,forno elettrico.COD IUN P3154. Per il Decreto Sicurezza ogni ospite deve presentare un documento d'identità all'arrivo.

The pool is private for the exclusive use of those who rent the house and is not to be shared. A large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed, if necessary, it is possible to add a folding bed) a large bathroom that includes both a bathtub and a shower. The garden has a table made of beautiful local marble and it is fully furnished with umbrellas and chairs and everything you need including a comfortable outdoor shower.

This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The only sounds you can hear are those of the wind, the sea and the nature that surrounds the house. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, you will want to take it away with you once you leave the house. The beach is 5-minute walk away; it is small but not very crowded, you can often find yourself alone.
