A stunning renovation of a 100-year old Boathouse, this cabin sleeps two and features a full kitchen & bathroom. The Boathouse is situated right at the lake's edge and has a full glass front, deck with a grill to take advantage of unbeatable sunset views. You will also have a private dock and canoe. Whether you're looking for a home base for a biking or hiking adventure, or a peaceful getaway, The Kingdom A-Frame is truly a heaven we want to share with you. We have meticulously decorated each room to make the space unique and comfortable. Built in 1968, our a-Frame is located minutes away from the Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, Lake Willoughby, and across the street from the VAST trail. With picturesque views from our street, and all the amenities, you may never want to leave the aframe.

Walk down to the lake for a swim, canoe ride to loons, enjoy the views from the oversized deck, make s’mores at the campfire, or soak in the hot tub on the covered porch. Winter sports galore with⛷️ 🏂, dog sledding, snow shoeing near by!

Lakeview Cottage is adorable and located on one of Vermont's cleanest and most beautiful lakes, Crystal Lake! It's in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom, in the charming town of Barton. Sit around the outdoor firepit and soak in the view! You're just steps away from beaches and a dock. You'll find great swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, golfing, and mountain biking. Use our canoe or kayaks! Plus, Hill Farmstead Brewery is a short drive away. Beers there are rated best in the world!

Sugar Hill

Come and embrace the majestic beauty of Vermont from Sugar Hill, a quaint log cabin nestled on 24 acres of beautiful countryside. Enjoy the views of the Canadian mountains from the front porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine; or wander around the pasture or woods behind the cabin. Close to both Jay Peak and downtown Newport, you can enjoy all those locations have to offer, or simply relax. Please note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper than usual.

Russell's Cabin

Quaint log cabin. Access to Coronary on Kingdom Trails is right across the road when the trails are open. What to do during STICK SEASON? Gravel ride and hike, of course!!!! Sleeps 1-4. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin XL beds...whatever works best for you. Futon in downstairs living area can sleep 2. We also have two memory foam folding beds available if sleeping on a futon isn't your thing for the 3rd/ 4th guests.

Razzle's Cabin trailside

Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!

Village Camping Cabin

Located in the heart of Brownington Village, and about 15 miles from the Canadian border, our property allows for easy access to many scenic locations. Enjoy all that Vermont's Northeast Kingdom has to offer including many beautiful lakes, hiking trails, bike paths, and ski areas. There are about a dozen homes in the village and you will hear traffic going by, including horses and buggies carrying our Amish neighbors.
