Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

Situated in early Pyes Pa, near Tauriko, a peaceful rural setting 3km from town. Easy access, private and spacious studio set up with all of the modern amenities for a couples relaxing get away. Private tropical courtyard with chiminea, sunset deck. Plenty of safe parking for trailers, bikes, boats, campervans outside studio. Salt water swimming pool available, shared with hosts, but all privacy given. Conveniently located off Tauranga direct road from Rotorua for those travelling through

Outside covered seating to enjoy eating or watching the starry sky at night. Park-like grounds and birdsong during the day. Our location in semi-rural Welcome Bay puts you in easy reach of the surrounding Tauranga/Mt Maunganui/Papamoa/Te-Puke areas ( about 15-20 mins drive). Only 1 hours drive to Rotorua. 50 minutes to Hobbiton.

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.

Relax in our carefully curated Poolside Retreat. Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

Relax in the Papamoa countryside, at our Farmstay retreat! Enjoy its magical & peaceful location, only a 7-minute drive from beautiful beaches and 10 minutes to great cafes and shops. Venture out your front door and enjoy the beautiful Papamoa Hills walk with historic Maori Pa sites! Meet our pet farm animals, hand feed Mr Chips & Ivy (Flemish giant rabbits), chickens, Mara & Wednesday (our pet goats), Larry, Emily ( sheep) & Piglet & Rosie (pet cows). Come and stay and getaway from the hustle just for a bit. Kereru Cabin is small yet warm & cozy, in & out sitting spaces with table & chairs. Relax with a drink looking out over bush & views to Mt Maunganui. Close to Tect Park walking trails, only 25 mins to Tauranga CBD, 45mins to Rotorua & mountain bike trails. Please note: there is NO Wi-Fi in the cabin as it is off grid. There is mobile phone coverage. Please follow check in instructions for how to find the cabin.
