Chatham Cabin offers incredible lake views with lake access including our 6 well dock that has a swim platform and ladder, fish sink and picnic table. The cabin includes a kitchenette with stove/oven-and all the kitchen essentials for cooking and staying in. The bathroom includes a 6 foot claw-foot tub w/shower. Nestled on a quiet lake road “Isle View” will not disappoint. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley golf courses, Ball Park National’s and the Amphitheater.

Come enjoy our Lakefront Ozarks Home which is within the TanTarA Estates which is adjacent to the Margaritaville Resort. It has a dock with swim platform. You'll especially love the fact that this home is tucked farthest into the cove, so you won’t have to deal with the main channel waves. Any stays 28 days or longer will require any guests 18 years old or older to complete a background check, credit score check, and sign a lease agreement. All payments are made through AirBNB.

This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
