It's less than 10 min, almost a straight shot, to town and the slopes at Holiday Valley and Holimont. This apartment is hidden in the barn of an old dairy farm, adjacent to the main house. You'll be able to enjoy your own quiet hideout as well as the scenic drive through the valley on your way to town.

Take it easy at this remodelled, well stocked, peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.

Relax in our condo without the need to drive to the resort, and fight the crowds. Downtown Ellicottville is only a few minutes away by car.
