Ideal for couples, however the sofa bed is 2.5 seats and folds out to double bed size. A portable cot is available on request for infants.

The home has two living areas, 3 bathroom a good sized back yard with brazier and a spa for when 5 mins walk is just too far to cool off! Decks on both the levels provide space for everyone, the home is located in a cul-de-sac so traffic is minimal. Wonderful ocean vista's across Merimbula Bay, accompanied by birdsong from the nearby bush. Magic!
