1000 ft above the valley floor with expansive ridge top views in all directions. Enjoy our private nature getaway situated looking out over the valley. 12 to 15 minutes to most everything in Chico. Our owner is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. There is parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, spacious deck, fire pit table and outdoor waterfall.

Charming Historic House by Enloe With Pool & Patio

Historic charming house located in the avenues close to Bidwell park, CSUC, downtown and Enloe Hospital (1 block). This home was built in 1906 and has a welcoming feel. It would nicely accommodate a family or a business professional. You will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feel like home. Fully fenced off back yard with a covered patio and 4ft deep lap pool. Pool is fully fenced with a locked gate. Pool key will be available to guests during their stay.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

The pool is typically open mid May through September.
