Excellent air conditioning and heating, fully appointed kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. It comfortably fits two people but can accommodate one more with a portable twin bed or a queen-sized air mattress, provided upon request

Close to Bidwell Park, amazing restaurants and easy access to the freeway this is the perfect place to stay! This is a DRUG AND SMOKE FREE zone. $500 will be charged for non-compliance.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals just like home. Brand new gas BBQ, full size washer/dryer, gas fireplace for winter nights and powerful AC for hot summers. Close to grocery stores and restaurants but feels like a remote retreat. We love long-term guests!

Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for dining and gas grill. Our local marina, Lime Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

The Urban Fox

Welcome to "The Urban Fox" - a stylish 3-bedroom home walking distance to downtown Chico, CSU Chico, and near Enloe Hospital. Attached to the main home is a one bedroom unit rented separately on Airbnb. Both units have a private entrance and designated off street parking spaces. We designed the home with guests comfort in mind and look forward to being your home away from home.
