This gorgeous home is located at the very top of a hill in one of the most central locations in Lancaster County. You'll be surrounded by breathtaking views of the nearby farmland and the interior has been beautifully decorated in calming, neutral tones. No amenity has been spared for your stay some of which include a spacious master suite, stunning kitchen, Keurig machine, large game room, a kid's toy room, a firepit, yard games and a patio with outdoor seating, a hot tub, pool and a grill.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. Soak up the modern and vintage charm of the Innkeepers Quarters at Witmer Estate! The 2nd floor bedroom & bath have just been renovated to add a luxurious tile shower and soaking tub, King bedroom w Smart TV creating a beautiful 2nd floor suite. Hot tub open all year. The Innkeepers Quarters is attached to the main house but is a completely private unit. (Please note some noise can be heard through the walls) Close to area attractions, Sight and Sound Theaters, The Amish Village.

Built in 1753, this 1000 square feet, newly restored limestone cottage was the original settlement home on the 135-acre homestead. Boasting a French country esthetic, this little darling has the most captivating views of rolling hills, a brook, and lush green farmland.

Vintage Guestroom is a King Suite hosted by Mahlon and Jessica Stoltzfus in a private setting next to a working Amish Farm. Your cozy room is furnished with a King-sized Bed, whirlpool bath, walk in shower, sitting area, Gas fireplace, coffeemaker, microwave, and small refrigerator. Located upstairs above the garage, which is not connected to the big house. The setting is in the heart of Amish country on a private street which creates a relaxed atmosphere.

Paradise Amish Guesthouse

The Paradise Amish Guesthouse is located on a typical Amish family rural property in central Lancaster County. John & Sarah have 5 children aged 12 & up. There are horses & chickens, as well as a large vegetable garden out back. A tour of the property may be available if time allows (please ask if interested). There will be other opportunities for interaction depending on the length of your stay, time of year & the family schedule.
