Wake up to a beautiful panoramic view of the river. Our house is on the riverfront with a patio overlooking the river, mountains & private community beach. What makes this home stand out is its open floor plan & location. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room, buoys for your boat & a launch ramp just steps away. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY. Sorry but other cars/trailers must be parked at the public launch ramp or off site. Come relax & make some fun memories on the river! CHEERS!

Welcome to our beautiful new 2,000 sq ft, 4-bedroom house. Step into a tranquil oasis on this huge 1/2 lot, where you can truly relax and recharge. The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with a huge backyard and a 70’ driveway. The gorgeous interiors are designed to make you feel right at home, with a king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds to accommodate all guests. The best part we include access to a private launch ramp and huge grass area to entertain and relax and only 2 mins away.

The sandy beach is the perfect spot to put your toes in the water, chair in the sand. The bedrooms offer everyone their own space, with comfortable, quality bedding and smart TVs.
