We live in our new addition with a private entrance and den. The house is 10 to 15 minutes from NO Airport. Quiet neighborhood. Blocks from Supermarket, Plenty of character and charm in this home. Full of personality!! Home is fully Renovated in 2016.The house has 3 outside cameras one is the doorbell and one on each side of the house.

Walking distance to the Thibodaux Regional Health System, within two miles of Nicholls State University, The Bayou Country Children's Museum and Historic Downtown Thibodaux. There is plenty to explore.

Please note that we do not allow pets at the cottage so get your fur babies a sitter and come on down.
