Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! Η Βίλα Κωνσταντίνα ειναι ένα αρχοντικό της σύγχρονης εποχής σε δυναμική ιταλική γραμμή αλλά και διακριτική αριστοκρατική φινέτσα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 14-16 άτομα. Η θέα του Ναυπλίου, της Θαλασσας, του τεραστιου κήπου και της πισίνας είναι εκπληκτικη!

We live in Arcadia (the land of happiness), nature reserve Parnonas, Peloponese. You will find the traditionnal greek life with the kindness of the local people. The house is built in the respect of the nature, in olive and orange grove, full east, direct access to the sea, near climbing spots. Very nice villa in traditional stones of 189 m2 with all the comfort, facing the sea, rising sun, with access to two wild beaches, SWIMMING POOL. Comfortable for 6 persons max.
