This top floor condo also has a beautiful mountain views and features complimentary underground parking and in suite laundry. Relax by the indoor fireplace and sink into the communal hot tub which is down the hallway on the same floor! This condo was fully renovated in 2019! Recently renovated, this 1 bed + 1 sofa bed + 1 bath unit features SS appliances, in suite laundry, fireplace, stone countertops, updated flooring and a great patio area. As part of the Marketplace Lodge you get access to a hot tub, bike storage/wash station, and secure underground parking. Full unit access. Our property has 5 acres of manicured lawns, huge cedar trees, and trails all around for you to explore. Please be advised that we live on an active logging road.

It’s 30 minutes north of Pemberton, and is a great base from which to explore Birkenhead Provincial Park, Gates and Anderson Lakes
