Elegant town house in quiet central location. 5 minute walk to Penzance town centre, Morrab Tropical Gardens, Penlee Gallery, historic Chapel Street and restaurants & pubs. A gentle walk takes you to the promenade and the Art Deco Jubilee Pool (with geothermal bathing pool). Newlyn with its fishing port, restaurants and pubs is a 15 minute walk along the prom. Sandy beaches such as Sennen and Porthcurno & stunning coves are within a short drive. The Train and Bus station are a 10 minute walk.

Tucked in a quiet rural location, surrounded by fields , in a cute hamlet. No. 12 has a large, stylish and sunny bedroom, with a seating area plus a work space if required (please state when booking and I can supply a desk chair). Access to the large bathroom private is across from the bedroom via a few steps and breakfast area downstairs. There are no cooking facilities available

Beautiful detached barn conversion, C.1800. South facing, enjoys the sun through out the day to early evening. Situated in a peaceful location with absolute privacy, its own garden with picnic table. Good sized decking area, perfect for breakfast outside in the early morning sunshine, or to enjoy a glass of wine in what is a gorgeous sun trap. Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.
