If you like to fall asleep to the sound of waves on the beach and wake up to fantastic sunrises, then our apartment is for you! And it is only a 15 minute walk to Lagos old town, the marina and lots of nice restaurants. The kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were renovated recently and the furniture is brand new. Located 15 minutes on foot from the center of Albufeira, the apartment is in the Pateo area with easy access to all amenities, with local transport every half hour just 20 meters from the door. The building has six apartments and was constructed in the 1970s with a sea view. Our apartment has been renovated with a new kitchen, a new bathroom, Wi-Fi, and MEO satellite TV. The apartment has access to two entrances, one of which has private parking, offering a quiet area to relax.
