This modern home is located in a quiet street and is decorated well to suit any holiday goer. Features include: a private courtyard where you can relax the day away, an outdoor entertaining area, open plan lounge and dining, with TV and DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning, modern well laid out kitchen including, fridge and dishwasher, free WiFi throughout, master bedroom has a large King bed and en-suite and the second bedroom has 2 single King beds, family bathroom, laundry and remote control single garage. This is one place that would be great to stay at for your next holiday to Phillip Island, so close to beach, shops and cafes. No smoking policy Pets considered-outdoors only Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. There is a cleaning fee of $55 and a linen fee of $55 and the total of $110 is charged to you. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. Features include: Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden, Queen bed, TV and DVD player, ceiling fan, and entrance to the 2 way bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, vanity basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top and a ceiling fan. Downstairs there is an outdoor entertaining area with dining table setting and BBQ. This is where you can relax the day away. Open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen, with TV and DVD player. Kitchen has a 4 gas burner cook top and an electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, pod coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Next to the kitchen is the laundry with a front loader washing machine, clothes dryer, and extra toilet. Extras include ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and free WiFi.
