The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

The ancient city of Delphi is 15 min drive and the picturesque Galaxidi 10 min. The Beach House is right in front of the sea and is located on the corner between 2 very beautiful and clean beaches.
