Perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, the cabin has all necessities, similar to a tiny house. Nestled near the gardens, and surrounded by quiet rolling hills. Enjoy with door step delivered breakfast, or book a guided hike with estate owner and learn about medicinal plants and flowers, the topography of the land and a farm fresh picnic lunch on the peninsula of our lake.

Less than 4 miles outside of E-ville, it comfortably sleeps 2 adults and offers a chic and romantic setting for a couple to hide away with easy access to downtown. 4x4 a must in the snow, or simply park at the foot of the driveway. Welcome to Pine Cone Cabin!

This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics. Even though you get the full "cabin life" experience, there's a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, and maybe amenities that make a start here comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

Iris Cottage, Nature on Higgins Creek

Iris cottage is set on a quiet road in WNY just 15 mi. from Letchworth State Park and 5 mi. from Houghton College. Gas fire place greets guests on chilly days and a large deck overlooks woods and Higgins Creek. The kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped. Whether summer or winter this is the perfect place to enjoy WNY nature at its best and get away from it all. 2 bedrooms open to open plan living, kitchen and dining. Onsuite master has a second electric fireplace and deck access.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Our place is located a half mile from Letchworth State Park! The Letchworth Pines is also nearby and offers dine in, takeout, bowling and an arcade. The Charcoal Corral is about 10 miles away and has a variety of foods, large ice cream shop, putt putt golf, arcade and drive in movies. For our winter guests, Swain Ski Resort is 14 miles from our place.
