The Cabin

Charming log cabin in great Floyd County location for 2 guests only. Large family room with gas fireplace. Separate bedroom with queen bed, well appointed kitchen, & single bath with stall shower. Located ~22 minutes from I-81, 35 minutes from Virginia Tech, 22 minutes from Floyd Country Store, & ~ 40 minutes to Roanoke. No smoking/vaping on property. Our home is beside/visible from the cabin. We are available if you need anything, but we respect your time and will give you your privacy.

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Three-story Blue Ridge Yurt getaway

This three-story yurt is an architectural wonder, featuring bamboo floors, heat and a/c and other modern amenities. Situated on 3 private acres at the top of an end-state-maintenance road with streams and hiking paths, the property exemplifies the beauty and diversity of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A huge fenced dog pen and cozy dog house make it possible to travel in style with the whole furry fam, while outdoor deck seating makes it feel like a treehouse gathering. Why be square?!

Tiny House @ TinyHouseFamily

Our tiny house is beautifully appointed with everything you need to live (and work!) in luxury two miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and two miles from downtown Floyd, VA. Sleep soundly on the queen sized mattress topped with 4" memory foam. Cook your gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen—(we provide welcome mini loaf, organic coffee, half and half, sugar, rolled oats, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.) Spend the evening enjoying a campfire or relax on the porch swing.

Bilbo Baggins New River Cabin VA

A charming escape inspired by the Shire. Nestled among rolling hills, this rustic log cabin offers a cozy kitchen and a warm fireplace, perfect for relaxation. Large windows reveal stunning views of nature and wildlife. Enjoy nearby hiking trails, river fishing, and local vineyards. The local animal park and children's museum provide endless entertainment. With its rustic charm and modern comforts, this cabin offers a tranquil retreat where adventure and serenity meet.

Laurel Branch Cottage

The Laurel Branch Cottage is charming and ideally located near the Town of Floyd and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The cottage is surrounded by scenic family farms and near the West Fork of the Little River. Also, we are approximately 35 miles (45 min.) from Virginia Tech. The cottage includes a kitchen, bathroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, bedroom with spacious closet and queen bed, and an upstairs bedroom (outside stair access only) with another full bed.

Nature Lover's Retreat

Unique tiny house set on a beautiful farm/wildlife conservation area. The house overlooks the hay fields and 2 acre stocked pond. Property is a nature lover's delight for kayaking, hiking, bird watching, fishing and all the amenities near by. Floyd is 25 miles away, Roanoke is 35 miles and Rocky Mount is 11 miles. Depending on the season, you can watch Canadian geese, blue herons, egrets, numerous species of ducks and other waterfowl frolic in the pond.

Travelers' Rest Guesthouse

Cozy, well appointed house is perfect for a get-away weekend in the mountains, a football weekend at Virginia Tech, graduation events at Radford University, or to use as a family retreat in the beautiful countryside of Virginia's New River Valley. This small 2 bedroom/1 bath guest house has a kitchen with full sized appliances. Queen sized bed in first bedroom, two twin sized beds in 2nd bedroom. Stacked washer & dryer in bathroom.

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.

Historic Farmer's Supply- DT Floyd Corner Apt #202

The historic Farmer’s Supply building is one of the oldest buildings in Floyd. Located in the heart of Downtown Floyd, the family owned and operated Farmer's Supply building has recently been brought back to life and houses two commercial tenants and boutique units, known as The Farmer's Supply. With the addition of local photography and art, we hope to keep the local culture at the center of our guests' experience.

Cabin 1 at the Floyd EcoVillage

The "Sage" cabin offers a master bedroom with 1 queen bed, a second bedroom with 1 full and 1.5 bunks, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom with shower. There is no bathtub in this cabin. The kitchen has all basic appliances except an oven and we supply minimal pots and pans and dishes for your convenience. There is a porch that wraps around 2 sides of the cabin. This cabin does not allow pets.

Cozy studio apartment perched in beautiful Riner, VA! Modern and bright furnishings perfect for a weekend getaway. We are about 20 minutes from both Virginia Tech and Radford University for sports enthusiasts. About a 25 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 15 minutes to the quaint town of Floyd, VA.
