This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. U blizini kuće na minut hoda nalazi se odlično opremljeni market.Pristup plaži je zajednički a do plaže vam treba svega 10 minuta niz stepenice.Plaže su prekrasne sa kristalno čistim morem baš iz razloga što ima manje turista nego u strogom centru.Idealno za obitelj s djecom.Dobrodošli!

This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.
