Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. The house spans across two floors, with a large living room, kitchen, and toilette located on the ground floor. The first floor comprises of three rooms, each with its own bathroom and AC. The house has a beautiful garden adorned with a variety of flowers and plants, and a stunning pool that provides a perfect oasis for relaxation.

You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

The property is situated in a picturesque village of Velo Grablje, approximately 10 min drive from Hvar town centre and 5 minutes drive away from the first beach. In the village, there are only 15 residents, so loud noises aloud. parties are not permitted.
