Whether you are traveling for work, sports, fun, or just passing through this location is the BEST. We are 1 mi or less to the Convention Center (1mi), Lucas Oil (1mi), Circle Center (1mi), Bankers Life (0.5mi), & Fountain Square (0.25mi)! We typically are at our main residence across the street so if you need anything lets us know.

History is important to us so we updated the space while staying true the original character & feel.

This home sleeps a group of 8. The master suite has a king bed, a twin size trundle (2 beds), an air mattress, 52” TV w/sound bar, updated shower, soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms: queens Safety and comfort are important. Central air and heating are throughout this home. There is a washer and dryer and for guests’ safety, this home is equipped with a Smart Lock system, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. In the kitchen, we have a Keurig coffee maker for guests

This is a fun 1,000 sq. foot space that is very modern and new. It is only used for guests, so I decided to put it on Airbnb. This is a private dwelling and I know you will enjoy your stay. Thanks for looking! If needed, there is a chair lift. The space has one queen bed and also a couch bed.
