*This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home that sleeps 12 is the perfect destination for your relaxing getaway. Children are welcome, but no pets of any kind allowed on the property. *King Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet, private bathroom with soaker tub, shower and double vanities *Queen Bedroom: 1 queen bed, flat screen television, hall bath with tub and shower *Double Bedroom: 2 full-size beds, hall bath with tub and shower *Bunk Room: 4 twin beds, private bathroom with tiled shower *Open kitchen and living area with bar seating and flat screen television, kitchen table seating for 6. You will also be provided with a phone number where we can be reached during the day and evening for any questions or issues you may have. The Narrows of the Harpeth is a beautiful area in Kingston Springs. There's access to the Harpeth River through the Narrows of Harpeth State Park just a mile down the road. AdventureWorks Zip Line is also located next to the property. Hiking and fishing adventures are all within walking distance. Car services do not travel to our area. Once you're here you won't want to leave! And to be honest, this would be an expensive Uber ride to/from Nashville. Get away from the city with us, and enjoy the chance to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of downtown. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. The amount is NOT applied toward rent. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the classic southern front porch or screened in patio in the backyard. Want some time to relax? We have a cozy living room ideal for chatting or watching a movie. The kitchen and dining room are big and complete with everything you might need to cook a meal with friends. There is also a bar area set up for your enjoyment. Feel free to use the entire house, including the outdoor space. We also have easy to access laundry and closet space in each bedroom. One added bonus is access to a free electric car Charge-port 220V on premise! We live in the neighborhood. I am happy to help as much or as little as you need. The bungalow is located in a great nook, within walking distance of ice cream, coffee shops, breweries, vintage shopping, vegan restaurants, and very close to the ever-popular Rosepepper Cantina. Guests will be provided a map of hot neighborhood spots upon arrival. The house is located about a mile from the 5 Points district and a short (under 10 minutes) Uber/ Lyft to Broadway. We are close to two bus lines. Uber and Lyft are also very popular, cheap and easy to use. Scooter rentals (Byrd & Lime) are now all over town if you into that! We suggest you bring a helmet and enjoy yourself! It’s a very fun way to get around town. We want you to have fun! Let us know how we can help with that. The house is located about a two min drive from downtown Black Mountain and about 18 min from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. We have a chiminea and adirondak chairs in the back yard for our guests use. Build a fire and roast some marshmallows with the family! Up to two dogs are welcome with a one time $75 pet fee. Our rental includes everything our guests need for a short or long stay. Fully equipped kitchen for those who want to cook. Laundry and dryer included.
