El apartamento se encuentra a 30 minutos del Aeropuerto, a 15 minutos del icónico Puerto de Mogán, y a 15 minutos de Maspalomas.

The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen and living room area, one double bedroom, one single mezzanine loft bed suitable for a child of above 10 years of age and a modern bathroom.The property has a nice patio at the entrance and a great balcony with fantastic views.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Se accede por escaleras, por lo que no se recomienda para personas con movilidad reducida. La playa de Puerto Rico, su centro comercial y Mogán Mall están a 10´y 2´ minutos a pie. Guagua directa desde el aeropuerto hasta la terminal de Puerto Rico y desde allí 5´en taxi.
