Das Haus (65qm) liegt im Südosten Teneriffas in Abades, also auf der sonnigeren Seite der Insel. Sie wohnen ca. 1- 2 Gehminuten vom Badestrand entfernt. Hier gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele kleine Bars und Restaurants, sowie zwei Tauchschulen, Spielplätze, Tennisplätze und Vieles mehr. Der Sandstrand ist überraschend wenig frequentiert und eignet sich super zum Baden, Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohn-Essküche und eine sehr schöne und sonnige Terrasse (56qm).

Se encuentra a 5 minutos del centro del pueblo de Santa Ursula , con varios supermercados y buenos restaurantes. Las vistas y el cuidado de los pequeños detalles, son las características principales de esta propiedad.

A menos de cinco minutos a pie de la playa, de restaurantes, cafeterías y supermercados. A 2 min en coche de la autopista para estar conectado a cualquier lugar de la isla. Si estás pensando en venir a este alojamiento hacer fiestas esta casa no es la tuya.
